The Client Experience pod owns the end-to-end journey of Boulevard's clients. From discovery and booking to self-management, communications, and beyond. As a Staff Product Designer, Client Experiences, you'll operate at a highly strategic level, shaping the flows, patterns, and frameworks that define how clients interact with Boulevard-powered businesses while staying deeply empathetic, intuitive, and conversion-focused. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives at the intersection of business outcomes and human behavior, thinks holistically about client journeys, and wants to influence not just individual features, but how an entire client-facing ecosystem evolves.
