About The Position

As the Staff Product Analyst, you will be a key driver of strategic projects and programs within the Product organization, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). A typical day could involve preparing a briefing for our Customer Advisory Board, collaborating with Marketing on our presentation strategy for an upcoming analyst briefings, and then distilling insights from that meeting into an executive summary for our product leadership. You will be the "voice of the product" at major industry events, translating our technical roadmap into a compelling value proposition for customers and the broader market. This is a highly visible role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, customer-facing evangelism, and cross-functional leadership. You will be a key member of the CPO’s direct team. This role is uniquely positioned to influence our product's direction and market perception by ensuring our vision is clearly articulated to customers, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the Inbound Product Management team, Marketing, and our SVPs to create a powerful feedback loop that drives our strategy forward.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
5-7 years of experience in outbound product management, product marketing, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff or a similar customer-facing or analyst-relations role within the consulting or enterprise/security/AI software industry.
Proven experience leading executive-level programs and initiatives with high visibility.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across an organization, from technical teams to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Prepare a briefing for our Customer Advisory Board.
Collaborate with Marketing on presentation strategy for analyst briefings.

Drive ownership of the product strategy for analyst briefings.
Create compelling content and narratives for analyst engagements.
Synthesize analyst feedback and market trends into a monthly summary with actionable insights.
Co-lead the planning and execution of CPO-level initiatives, such as a Customer Advisory Board meeting.
Independently lead and execute major CPO-level programs.
Confidently present product roadmap and value proposition at industry events or customer summits.
Establish a refined, repeatable process for gathering, synthesizing, and distributing market and analyst feedback.
Be recognized as the go-to expert and strategic partner for the CPO on all external-facing product communications and programs.
Demonstrate a clear, positive impact on analyst rankings and market perception.
Proactively identify and propose new strategic initiatives to the CPO.
