About The Position

Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is seeking an emergency medicine physician to join their team in Elko, Nevada. This position is located in a 15-bed Emergency Department within a 75-bed hospital, serving an annual volume of 18,000 patients. The role offers 12-hour shifts and utilizes the MedHost EMR system. Specialty support is available for cath lab, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and pediatrics. Scribes are also available to assist physicians.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Family medicine boarded with extensive ED experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to patients in a 15-bed ED.
• Collaborate with available specialty support (cath lab, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics).
• Utilize MedHost EMR system for patient documentation.
• Work 12-hour shifts.
