About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a part-time emergency medicine physician to join our team at Delray Emergency Center - Lake Worth. This is a modern freestanding emergency department affiliated with Delray Medical Center, a state-designated Level I Trauma Center for Palm Beach County, Florida. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a low-volume, low-acuity emergency setting while benefiting from the resources and support of a nationally recognized healthcare organization. The ideal candidate is a board-certified EM physician seeking a flexible part-time opportunity in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Requirements
- Residency training in emergency medicine
- Board certification in emergency medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
- Active or eligible Florida medical license
- Current certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medicine physician services at Delray Emergency Center - Lake Worth.
- Practice in a low-volume, low-acuity emergency setting.
- Collaborate with a well-established TeamHealth emergency medicine team.
- Ensure 24 hours of physician coverage daily.
