About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a full-time staff physician to join the emergency department team at Banner Payson Regional Medical Center. This role is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible emergency medicine physician, or a primary care physician with ED experience, looking to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive environment while enjoying a balanced lifestyle. The facility is a Level IV trauma center with a 10-bed ED that sees approximately 15,000 annual visits. Advanced practice clinician and full specialty coverage are available, and the EMR system is Cerner with Dragon dictation.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, or a primary care physician with ED experience.
- Licensed or eligible for license in Arizona.
- Full-time availability.
Responsibilities
- Practice high-quality medicine in an emergency department setting.
- Collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and full specialty coverage.
- Utilize EMR system (Cerner with Dragon dictation).
