About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a general anesthesiologist to join the anesthesiology team at MetroWest Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts. Full-time and PRN options are available. The hospital supports approximately 9,500 anesthesia cases annually across surgical, procedural, and obstetric services. Case types include GI/endoscopy, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, thoracic, neurosurgery, vascular, pulmonary, plastic surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology, and OB/GYN. Dedicated operating rooms, GI suites, and specialty procedure areas support a varied clinical practice. The role covers urgent, emergent, and scheduled anesthesia cases. Compensation is listed at an estimated base rate of $350 per hour, with the opportunity to earn incentives. Clinicians have access to TeamHealth Institute, a proprietary education platform with CME resources and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia coverage for urgent, emergent, and scheduled cases.
- Practice across surgical, procedural, and obstetric services.
