About The Position

The Staff Physical Therapist will join an outpatient injury rehabilitation team in a professional clinical environment with a comfortable pace and a high degree of clinician independence. The therapist will primarily treat patients with spine and neck injuries, shoulder conditions, joint and soft-tissue injuries, pain, mobility limitations, and other musculoskeletal conditions following accidents. Treatment may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening and stabilization, mobility and range-of-motion restoration, orthopedic injury rehabilitation, pain and functional rehabilitation, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy.

Requirements

• DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, and/or injury rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience with dry needling, shockwave therapy, and/or BFR is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
