About The Position
This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy. The Staff Pharmacist will achieve sales and profit goals for the department, maintain quality assurance standards and control expenses, and properly schedule and staff technicians according to business needs. Responsibilities include monitoring all department functions, duties, and activities. The Assistant Pharmacy Manager will also be involved in customer service, operational workflow, technician supervision, and patient consultation. A key aspect of this role is demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
