About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy. The Staff Pharmacist will achieve sales and profit goals for the department, maintain quality assurance standards and control expenses. They will also be responsible for properly scheduling and staffing technicians according to business needs and monitoring all department functions, duties, and activities. Responsibilities include customer service, operational workflow, technician supervision, and patient consultation. The role requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
