As a per diem Staff Pharmacist you’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a direct impact by ensuring the accuracy of medication orders, verifying technician-prepared products, and safeguarding controlled substances. You’ll contribute to a high-performing team by mentoring new staff, maintaining seamless daily operations, and supporting the Director in optimizing pharmacy performance. Pharmacy Location: Located within Cumberland Hall Hospital, 270 Walton Way, Hopkinsville, KY 42240 Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4pm as needed - weekend on call (typically remote) If you are located in Louisville, KY, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
KY state pharmacist license in good standing
1+ years of recent pharmacist experience, (hospital setting preferred)
Skilled with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office
