Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
Current immunization certification
Current CPR certification
Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

Responsibilities

Practice at the top of your license by delivering patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), while playing an active role in improving health outcomes beyond prescription fulfillment.
Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service
Help create a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence
Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth, customer engagement, and clinical services
Promote preventive care and wellness programs that improve the health of our communities
Champion immunizations, medication adherence, health screenings, and other patient care initiatives
Accurately review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with all federal, state, and company regulations
Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, side effects, and disease management
Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-provided clinical services
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain proper inventory levels, medication security, and controlled substance accountability
Oversee prescription workflow to deliver safe, efficient, and timely service
Work closely with store leadership to support pharmacy and company initiatives
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
