About The Position

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join its Outpatient Pharmacy team. The Staff Pharmacist serves as a direct supervisor to pharmacy technicians and interns and performs prescription processing, patient consultation, immunizations, and other clinical services. This is a full-time position, 80 hours bi-weekly. The schedule covers first and second shifts, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Saturday, with rotating opening and closing shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Currently licensed to practice pharmacy in Ohio.
• Certified immunizing pharmacist.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, including the ability to manage staff and interact with customers effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated commitment to efficiency and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of a licensed pharmacist, including prescription processing and customer consultation.
• Directly supervise pharmacy technicians and interns and ensure an organized, efficient workflow.
• Provide immunizations and other clinical services in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and provide a positive patient experience.
• Manage and organize inventory to ensure medication accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
