About The Position

The Staff Pharmacist for the Alivia Infusion Services will be the designated alternate leader responsible for the overall operation and services of the organization when the Pharmacy Director is not available. This position also supports the Pharmacy Director in communicating company goals and delineating plans to achieve them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSPharm)
• Professional license, membership, registration, and diplomas.
• Minimum of 2-3 years as an auth Pharmacist authorized to work in PR.
• Knowledge of PBM clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Understanding, prioritizing, and distributing daily workload of Alivia Health Infusion Team.
• Managing pharmacy’s daily operations and employee supervision.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations, developmental curriculums in support to the Pharmacy Director. In alignment to this role, will assess training needs, recommends training programs, and provides orientation to employees.
• Will listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Always keeps a safe work environment.
• Promotes teamwork and lives Alivia Health values.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting agency standards, PR Pharmacy Law Standards and other applicable regulations.
• Dispatch and verify medicines and prescriptions according to processes, rules and regulations.
