About The Position

This role serves as a seasonal Staff Performance Coordinator in Brighton, CO. The position acts as the primary point of contact for vendors and client contacts regarding employee issues. The coordinator educates clients on guidelines, ensures timely and appropriate handling of employee issues, and coordinates resolutions with vendors and client partners, identifying potential risks. Key responsibilities include delivering customized new hire orientations, collecting and reviewing onboarding documents, running reports to identify workforce challenges, and escalating issues using CRM, Power BI, and time/attendance software. The role also involves participating in client meetings on safety and operations, documenting and investigating safety incidents, executing the safety observation program, coaching associates on attendance policies, conducting performance reviews, and managing assignments. Additionally, the coordinator will process payroll, track attendance, and ensure wage and hour compliance. The role requires walking candidates through facility tours (3-5 miles daily) and participating in daily whiteboard meetings to understand order fill goals. Onboarding tasks include I-9s and background checks.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
  • Data management experience
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
  • Able to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates resolution of the all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties
  • Delivers client customized new hire orientations
  • Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
  • Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software)
  • Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program
  • Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments
  • Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance
  • Walks candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
  • Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
  • Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
