About The Position

This is a seasonal assignment for a Bilingual Staff Performance Coordinator in Ellabell, GA. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and client contacts regarding employee issues, educating the client on guidelines, and ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of all workforce issues. The coordinator will also deliver new hire orientations, collect onboarding documents, run reports to identify workforce challenges, and participate in client meetings related to safety and operations. Responsibilities include investigating safety incidents, coaching associates on attendance policies, conducting performance reviews, processing payroll, tracking attendance and wage compliance, and conducting onboarding, I-9s, and background checks. A significant part of the role involves walking the client facility, potentially 3 to 5 miles daily, and participating in daily order fill goal meetings.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication
  • Data management experience
  • Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
  • Able to multi-task, change priorities as appropriate and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to understand client goals and how they measure success
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent Spanish/English

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
  • Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling employee issues
  • Ensure all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners
  • Deliver client customized new hire orientations
  • Collect and review all required work-related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start
  • Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges and escalate issues
  • Participate in client meetings about safety and operations
  • Document and investigate safety incidents and execute the safety observation program
  • Coach associates on attendance policies
  • Conduct ABC performance reviews
  • Assign and end associate assignments
  • Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance
  • Walk candidates through a tour of the client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily)
  • Participate in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals
  • Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
