Act as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues. Educates clients on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues. Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Coordinates resolution of all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties. Delivers client-customized new hire orientations. Collects and reviews all required work-related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start. Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software). Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program. Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments. Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance. Walks candidates through a tour of the client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily). Participates in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals. Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks.
