About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking a Staff Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead – M&A Integrations for one of our clients, a global leader in largest ridesharing. This role is a remote contract position requiring extensive experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, particularly within mergers and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes and strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cash Management. Experience with legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts design, accounting transformations, and financial reporting is crucial. The role involves leading complex implementations, production deployments, and financial cutover activities, requiring collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cash Management.
• Deep functional expertise across Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes.
• Strong experience implementing Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for accounting transformation and source system integrations.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts design, accounting transformations, opening balance migration, Trial Balance migration, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, journal processing, intercompany accounting and intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading production deployments and financial cutover activities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementations with a focus on M&A integrations.
• Configure Oracle General Ledger, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cash Management.
• Manage Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes.
• Implement Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for accounting transformation and source system integrations.
• Oversee legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts design, accounting transformations, opening balance migration, Trial Balance migration, and financial reporting.
• Ensure strong understanding and application of accounting principles, financial close processes, journal processing, intercompany accounting and transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead production deployments and financial cutover activities.
• Independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
