Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain operations, ideally with exposure to ERP systems (Oracle Cloud experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on involvement in at least one ERP implementation, with a focus on supply chain modules.
  • Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to work with technical teams, executives, and frontline users alike.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, focusing on modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Planning.
  • Collaborate with Oracle consultants to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, including UAT, to ensure system readiness.
  • Train end-users and create clear, accessible documentation for ongoing reference.
  • Identify process improvements and ensure they are embedded into the new system design.
  • Serve as a Oracle System Administrator—managing user access, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate material planning inputs.
  • Act as the go-to resource for supply chain reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Manage material planning activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination.
  • Continuously improve system usage and supply chain processes based on performance metrics and user feedback.
