The role will work effectively with stakeholders to determine safe and efficient solutions to overcome process constraints, increase production capacity, and improve operating costs. This includes developing robust project scopes, business cases, and technical solutions that influence capital allocation decisions and drive measurable value for each asset. As a senior technical contributor, this role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and key integrator across numerous disciplines (Operations, Engineering, Projects, Integrity, etc.), ensuring solutions are practical, executable, and aligned with asset priorities and economic hurdles. This role will identify and solve complex, time-sensitive production issues requiring deeper analysis beyond routine day-to-day engineering support, necessitating strong technical process understanding and multi-disciplinary background.
