About The Position

N-Power Medicine is seeking a Staff Oncology Data Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for its oncology data platform, aligned with company goals and the needs of its ProECA studies. The role will manage the platform as a product by defining its customers, setting success metrics, and tracking adoption and value. The manager prioritizes data use cases, oversees releases and build-versus-buy decisions, considers the effects of platform changes on active studies, and addresses gaps in execution, rollout, and ongoing support through stakeholder feedback. The position requires deep experience with oncology clinical data, regulated healthcare data products, relevant regulatory guidance and standards, EHR data structures, and data platform architecture. Travel of up to 25% is required. The expected salary range is $167,777–$215,304; the position is eligible for company benefits and may include equity at hire and a discretionary annual bonus.
