About The Position

N-Power Medicine is hiring a Staff Oncology Data Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for its oncology data platform, aligned with company goals and ProECA study needs. The role manages the platform as a product by defining its customers—including biostatisticians, quantitative scientists, clinical operations, and pharma sponsors—setting success metrics, and tracking adoption and value. The position works with engineers, data architects, informaticists, AI engineers, quantitative scientists, clinical abstractors, and medical oncologists. It builds regulatory-grade evidence into the platform, including source-to-dataset traceability across EHR and imaging, data provenance, audit trails, and fit-for-purpose data quality aligned with FDA guidance on external controls. The role also maintains end-user documentation for each release and creates external-facing materials for pharma and health system partners. The Product Manager prioritizes across data use cases, manages releases and build-versus-buy decisions, considers the impact of platform changes on active studies, and addresses process gaps in execution, rollout, and ongoing support through stakeholder feedback. The role requires 8+ years of product management experience owning a healthcare data product in a regulated environment, deep oncology clinical data knowledge, and familiarity with relevant regulatory guidance, standards, EHR structures, terminologies, and data platform concepts. Travel may be up to 25%. The position is eligible for company benefits and offers equity at hire and a discretionary annual bonus that may be available based on company performance.

  • Experience writing functional and technical specifications for data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data intuition, including using metrics to evaluate decisions and drive action.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and a track record of aligning oncologists, abstractors, biostatisticians, and engineers.
