About The Position

Provides patient assessments and implements appropriate nursing interventions. Monitors patient progress and evaluates outcomes as appropriate. Performs standard nursing procedures based on patient needs, completes required documentation—including plans and discharge planning—and provides health-related education. Administers medications and addresses other pharmacological needs according to protocol, and performs basic intravenous and phlebotomy skills as required. Participates in orienting and training new employees, contract staff, students, and others as needed.

Requirements

• Current, valid, unrestricted RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State.
• Current, completed PSV from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
• Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators.
• At least one year of past work experience in this position.

Responsibilities
