Staff Nurse – Mother Baby – Per Diem Days
About The Position
NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester is seeking a Staff Nurse for its Mother Baby unit. The nurse will practice evidence-based nursing and contribute to improving the patient care experience as part of an action-oriented team. The role offers flexible scheduling, shared clinical decision-making, inspirational leadership, and supportive colleagues. This is a per diem day-shift position at NYP Westchester in Bronxville, New York, across from the Metro North Station. Shifts cover 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a minimum requirement of four shifts per month. The position requires on-site presence, and employees should live within commuting distance. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State RN license.
- BCLS certification from the American Heart Association.
