Staff Nurse - 2/4 Weekend Program Days
About The Position
This position is for an Emergency Department Nurse at Paoli Hospital, working every other weekend as part of a 2/4 Weekend Program. The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide care for an emergent patient population, significantly impacting the patient experience. The position offers opportunities for career development through MLH Education & Development Classes, ongoing feedback, and performance appraisals. Engagement is encouraged through hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting, and the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- 3 year(s) of recent Emergency Nurse experience.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team within the unit.

- Participating in performance appraisals and 1:1 communication with manager.
