About The Position
The Staff Nurse, RN provides professional nursing care by applying nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients’ plans of care. The nurse provides direct patient care as the primary caregiver and works collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. The role involves access to confidential patient information and independent decision-making as well as decision-making in collaboration with others. The position is in Noninvasive Diagnostics in Chillicothe and is part-time at 50% FTE. The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, three days one week and two days the next; a typical shift is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There may be an opportunity to pick up on-call work once trained. The Staff Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
