Staff Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Infusion - Full Time
About The Position
New York-Presbyterian is a comprehensive academic health care delivery system providing high-quality, compassionate care. The infusion team integrates new technologies and innovative clinical approaches. This role serves oncology and non-oncology infusion patients, requiring nurses to be highly trained in administering hazardous drugs and blood products. It demands an unwavering commitment to excellence and a constant spirit of professionalism. This is a Full-Time, day-shift position, working four 10-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays. All roles require on-site presence, and employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
- BCLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Strong IV skills
- Oncology Certification (OCN)
- ONS chemotherapy /biotherapy certified
