About The Position
This role is for an Ambulatory Registered Nurse at Main Line HealthCare’s Primary Care practice in Downingtown, PA. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the lifespan. The nurse will support patients through clinical triage, care coordination, patient education, medication refill management, preventive care follow-up, and ongoing communication to create a seamless care experience. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an ambulatory clinical nursing setting, primary care practice, family medicine, internal medicine, and/or outpatient office environment.
- Strong telephone triage experience and comfort supporting patients with acute concerns, chronic condition management, preventive care needs, and follow-up care coordination, strongly preferred.
- Experience with medication refills, care gap closure, patient education, care coordination, and knowledge of insurance-related processes preferred.
