About The Position
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Staff LPN for our Opioid Treatment Program. The LPN will administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator. The role involves updating and maintaining necessary clinic records and documenting the narcotic count daily.
Requirements
- Graduate from accredited LPN School
- NYS LPN License
- BLS
