Requirements

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
LPN license and IV Certification active in the state of Missouri
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates effective knowledge of scope of practice
Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Nice To Haves

Previous nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Performs administrative duties that include, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records.
Measures and records vital signs.
Collects demographics and medical information including review of medication list.
Prepares patients for examination.
Cleans rooms and equipment and stocks supplies.
Administers medications as ordered by the physician.
Performs specific competencies as directed by the department.
