This is a technical role that will become the pivotal role in a larger team as the company scales. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly assisting other Ashby employees as well as working with APIs and backend systems. The role requires someone who believes in technology as an enabling force, seeks novel ways to tackle problems at a fundamental level, and can provide examples of innovation and technical excellence in the IT/Client Engineering space. A key aspect of the role is also providing empathetic and human-centered support, understanding that problems can be as much emotional as technical.
