Staff IAM Technologist

The job overview for this position is that Bana Solutions is seeking top technology experts to help provide innovative and secure access management systems for government agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, enhancing, and maturing value-added services and applications for Identity and Access Management solutions. They should have strong communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and experience implementing enterprise IAM or similar security solutions. Additionally, knowledge of IAM standards, cloud vendors, scripting languages, and security protocols is desired.

• Engage with customers, targeting specific IAM services based on application needs
• Support application onboarding for IAM services
• Collaborate with integrated applications on upcoming capabilities
• Integrate IAM deployments into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively and efficiently
• Experience translating client's needs into IAM business requirements and solutions
• Experience implementing enterprise IAM, or similar security solutions in client environments
• Experience applying DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile processes and frameworks
• IAM standards such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML, or SCIM
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) / Strong Authentication
• Cloud vendors such as AWS and Azure
• LDAP or AD
• Scripting languages and algorithms
• Security protocols/concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI, etc.)
• CompTIA Security + Certification
• (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
