Tenstorrent Unlisted/Referral JobsToronto, ON
$100,000 - $175,000Hybrid

About The Position

Tenstorrent is a leader in cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. As AI redefines the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team has developed a high-performance RISC-V CPU from scratch and shares a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to solving hard problems. We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities. This role owns the building blocks of compensation at Tenstorrent, which spans multiple countries, currencies, and equity vehicles. The responsibilities include managing the global compensation calendar, overseeing review cycles, governing offers, and maintaining the data that all other compensation-related functions depend on. The individual will run compensation cycles end-to-end, act as the gatekeeper for complex offers and equity allocations, and translate benchmarking, equity budgeting, and dilution analysis into actionable insights for leadership. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact for HRBPs, managers, and recruiters seeking compensation-related guidance. This position is hybrid and can be based in Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Toronto, ON. Tenstorrent welcomes candidates at various experience levels, and the appropriate level will be determined during the interview process, with offers aligning accordingly.

  • A partner's instinct with system and operations owners, including reconciling metric definitions and explaining technical concepts in plain language.
