Requirements
- 5+ years of Sym3 etch hardware experience required
- Problem solving, root cause mechanism development and validation
- Technical presentation and communication skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plasma or related
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Nice To Haves
- Product development experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, field team and BU to identify service HVP’s on plasma tools
- Identify required changes needed to improve hardware performance
- Work with engineering team and vendors to prototype and test hardware
- Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on engineering experiments
- Analyze test results and generate marketing reports to demonstrate value to customers
