About The Position

The Staff Global Supply Chain Manager for Raw Materials owns the end-to-end global supply chain for flat-roll materials used in Lucid’s stamping operations. The role builds and sustains relationships with raw-material mills and distributors worldwide, supporting supply across manufacturing locations and the growth of vehicle programs. It requires leadership, innovative thinking, data analysis, and technical expertise in vendor and product development, particularly for metallic raw materials and alloys. It works closely with Engineering and Supplier Quality, leads sourcing and negotiations, coordinates supply from prototype builds through production launches, and addresses risks that could affect material availability or production. The role includes travel of 15–25% to supplier locations for business and program reviews.
