Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops qualify).
  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire (engineering candidates).
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel routinely for field investigations, project meetings, and site visits.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass client-required background screenings, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support geotechnical investigations, engineering analyses, and technical report preparation.
  • Assist project managers with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and client communication.
  • Participate in field exploration programs, data collection, and construction-phase services.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, laboratories, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, figures, and technical documentation.
  • Help deliver complex projects safely, on time, and with a high standard of quality.
