Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 0-5 years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field assignments and project support

Nice To Haves

• EIT/EI certification preferred
• PE license welcomed

Responsibilities

• Prepare geotechnical proposals, scopes, and cost estimates
• Participate in field explorations including soil borings, cone penetration testing, and instrumentation installation
• Review field and laboratory data and develop geotechnical recommendations
• Perform engineering analyses using industry-standard software tools
• Prepare geotechnical reports, technical memos, and recommendations for clients
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to solve complex engineering challenges
• Support construction-phase services, foundation observations, and instrumentation monitoring
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Participate in professional organizations and industry events
