We are establishing a unique, high‑visibility role within the FBM Program Finance organization. The selected candidate will serve as a self‑driven, independent contributor who thrives on building processes from the ground up and delivering actionable financial insight to senior leadership. This position will focus on collecting and refining OSEC inputs and analysis from Program Finance to FP&A.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • Ability to independently analyze and present financial Information
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • High analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interface with various functional organizations and levels of leadership
  • Ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment under minimal supervision
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the collection, validation, and analysis of OSEC data for the FBM sustainment program finance org.
  • Develop and maintain analytical models that support cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking.
  • Attend program meetings such as Performance Based Payments (PBP) reviews as the finance delegate and prepare summaries for leadership.
  • Lead regular reviews for program finance team evaluating critical metrics and team performance.
  • Monitor Vemo allocation data ensure staffing levels align with program requirements and financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, reporting cadence, and analytical methodologies.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ad hoc analyses.
