These consist manly Sheetrock, Mudding and painting, The Job also includes minor repairs of the facility, electrical and plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities
- To perform painting of the Facility
- To perform replacement and instillation of ceiling tile.
- To install TV's and related cable.
- To repair plumbing leaks to sinks, commodes, piping, etc.
- To make necessary repairs to the physical plant.
- To be familiar with necessary tools.
- To follow OSHA's Lock Out/Tag Out and Confined Space rules when applicable.
