About The Position

As a Staff Engineer Technical Marketing in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you will work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. You will perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment. You will act as Technical Customer Interface on product level and support MOSFET Go to Market activities to drive design-wins including customer on-site visits. You will create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials. You will translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution. You will also provide technical product training to internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • A Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Gathered first professional experience within power electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Experienced with high-frequency, high-current DC/DC & AC/DC converter designs for SMPS / Telecom / Datacenter applications including lab skills for testing and debugging.
  • Hands-on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment like: Power Supplies, Multimeters, Oscilloscopes and Thermal cameras.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in circuit design, layout and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB, etc.) would be preferred.

Responsibilities
