About The Position

Join a team dedicated to building and supporting a world-class, highly available, and resilient global network environment. As a Staff Network Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in designing, evolving, and scaling the company’s global enterprise and data center network infrastructure. You will work closely with global engineering, cloud, and security teams to define network architecture, drive modernization initiatives, and improve network observability and reliability across data centers, cloud platforms, and office environments. This role requires a deep technical expert who can solve highly complex networking challenges, influence architecture decisions, and guide engineering teams toward scalable and secure solutions. You will also act as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise and data center networking.
  • Deep expertise in Next Generation Firewall design, deployment, and security architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced routing and networking protocols including TCP/IP, LACP, LLDP, VXLAN, BFD, OSPF, BGP, and IPSec.
  • Strong experience designing and operating large-scale data center network architectures.
  • Expertise in high availability network design and resilient network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing network monitoring and observability platforms (LogicMonitor, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise network security and VPN technologies.
  • Extensive experience configuring and managing switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Strong experience working with Juniper and Cisco networking platforms.
  • Experience designing and operating hybrid cloud networking environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve highly complex network issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SD-WAN architectures and deployments.
  • Experience managing redundant connectivity solutions such as DIA, SD-WAN, MPLS, and AWS Direct Connect.
  • Hands-on experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking architectures.
  • Exposure to network observability and telemetry-driven operations.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the design of enterprise, data center, and cloud network infrastructure.
  • Define global network architecture standards, best practices, and operational frameworks.
  • Design highly available and scalable data center networking solutions (Leaf-Spine, VXLAN EVPN, HA architectures).
  • Lead network modernization initiatives, including infrastructure refresh, automation, and observability platforms.
  • Architect and enhance network monitoring and telemetry platforms for proactive detection and operational insights.
  • Design and implement secure connectivity solutions, including IPSec VPNs, remote access VPNs, and cloud connectivity.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers across global teams.
  • Drive network automation initiatives using modern frameworks and scripting technologies.
  • Lead major network transformation projects, migrations, and data center upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and network optimization across global infrastructure.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation strategies for complex network issues.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and technical design documents.
  • Act as a technical advisor to leadership and stakeholders on network strategy and infrastructure evolution.
