About The Position

This role is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, and development of the company's communications network. The position involves data analysis, communication, and issue resolution, with a focus on network configuration and troubleshooting. The Network Engineer will plan, design, and implement unified communications and collaboration infrastructure projects, create and present designs, and oversee implementations. Continuous monitoring of company systems and the creation of design documentation, including purpose statements, test plans, required personnel, cost estimates, and schedules, are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, the role contributes to warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction by analyzing product and delivery issues to improve merchandise flow. Building and maintaining a positive work environment with open feedback and fostering a healthy, safe work environment are crucial. The position also involves strengthening relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring efficient inventory management and merchandise allocation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT or relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of working experience as a network administrator.
Able to configure, install, and troubleshoot networking devices and firewalls.
Good working knowledge of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Must be fluent in English.
Flexible to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Effectively communicates concepts with various levels of the organization.
Must maintain strong attention to detail.

Knowledge in Linux is an advantage.
