Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Staff Engineer Electronics – Mission Processing to join our team of qualified individuals in our Avionics Department. This role is located on site in Melbourne, FL. Must possess in-depth knowledge of computers and electronics for mission processing, displays data storage, Networks, CDS/MLS, Crypto and experience in the definition, design, integration, test, and certification of related hardware and software requirements and will be responsible for one or more of the following: Interpret, allocate, tailor, write and flow down requirements to all levels of a system architecture. Design and develop computer, network and system models and architectures, define interface requirements, perform hardware integration and testing, requirements analysis and collaborate with Integrated Product Teams. Conduct Trade studies, documenting subsystem architectures, analyzing performance, and evaluating Technology Readiness Level (TRL) regarding supplier current and future products offerings.
