Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Staff Electronics Engineer based out of Elkridge, MD. Position Overview The Staff Electronics Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all legacy test sets and the associated legacy program, including hardware, software, fixtures, procedures, and configuration control. This role provides risk‑based management of test set hardware and software, ensures reliable and compliant operation, and leads verification and validation (V&V) for new and upgraded equipment. The engineer will partner with facilities, procurement, quality, manufacturing, and engineering to support plant‑wide initiatives, cross‑program needs, and special projects. This position is also responsible for defining and executing the long‑term roadmap for test set modernization and obsolescence management and communicating impacts to program leadership.
