This position is located in Roy, UT supporting the Sentinel program. Chosen Candidate will join the Sentinel Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test (SEIT) Business Unit’s System Integration & Sustainment (SIS) Operating Unit and contribute to the Weapon System Integration (WSI) Electrical Design Integration (EDI) Team. This role will support as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Weapon System Electrical Design Integration Team, who will be responsible for integrating all segment and lower-level team’s designs such that fundamental electrical engineering principles are being exercised appropriately throughout the design lifecycle in a consistent manner. Candidates must be able to understand the intent of Weapon System design at the highest levels and drive engineering processes & analyses into specific product team designs to prove successful design integration and analyze for potential gaps. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate strong leadership and foundational systems engineering skills to drive process and technical gap resolution of interface and requirement design solutions to achieve program and contract objectives. Demonstrated ability to foster diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement, including mentoring and coaching, are a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in collaborating and leading Engineering teams.
