About The Position

This is a hands-on technical leadership role designing, validating, and integrating electronic systems for complex radar and mission-critical applications. The engineer contributes across the full development cycle, from system architecture and concept through schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, deployment, and field support. The work focuses on high-speed digital, FPGA-based systems, and mixed-signal electronics in an aerospace and defense setting. The role includes leading critical design efforts, mentoring engineers, and contributing to project planning, system architecture, and proposals. The engineer works with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers and supports hardware verification, lab testing, troubleshooting, prototype builds, integration, and field troubleshooting. The position offers a salary of $135,000–$165,000 and paid relocation.
