North Adams Commons Nursing & Rehab has a team of professionals dedicated to helping residents on their road to recovery following a hospital stay or surgery. They offer care options to suit resident needs through Rehabilitation, Short-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Respite, and Hospice. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
Nice To Haves
- Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services
- Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees
- Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/requirements
- Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives
- Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator
