About The Position

We are a thriving nonprofit on a mission, and we are looking for an energetic, collaborative Staff Development Trainer to be the heartbeat of our Human Resources team! In this role, you will be the bridge that connects, inspires, and empowers our amazing team across every single department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources or related field
Six months of experience training adults in a work setting
Proficient in attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizing and time management skills
Strong written and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less

Responsibilities

Direct training of staff
Preparation and follow-up for training
Monitoring expirations and assisting with scheduling
Participates fully as part of the Human Resources team in recruiting, interviewing, and assuring the hiring process is followed.
