In this position, you will be responsible to plan, direct, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate a comprehensive Staff Education program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in the facility to meet staff and resident needs. This role requires knowledge and working knowledge of skilled/long-term care, licensed nurse/CNA duties, and PCC/POC use. The ideal candidate will possess a skillset to facilitate a staff development program and provide guidance, resource, and training to facility staff. The ability to educate and develop effective nursing teams with excellent planning, organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills is essential. Key responsibilities include implementing CPR certification and compliance, and overseeing and directing the facility’s CNA certification program.
