This role is responsible for managing the professional development program in a long-term care and sub-acute care / skilled nursing / short-term rehabilitation setting. The Staff Development Coordinator will assist with onboarding and training new staff, training and facilitation of existing staff, rolling out new compliance and regulatory training, and ensuring the center remains in compliance with all regulatory, credentialing and educational requirements. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with prior long-term or short-term Rehab / sub-acute care experience, or experience in Clinical Education, Staff Development, Charge Nurse, or Nursing Mentor roles.
