Requirements

Leadership excellence with outstanding communication skills.
A natural ability to manage and inspire education and training efforts.
An RN licensed in the state of Alaska (required).

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and deliver engaging in-service educational programs that align with all regulations and enhance staff performance.
Assess the facility’s education needs and create tailored training plans that foster development across the team.
Conduct orientation for new hires, ensuring they are empowered and ready to succeed in their roles.
Perform annual competency skills assessments to ensure top-quality care and performance.
Maintain up-to-date licensure and health records (including Hepatitis B, TB) for all personnel.
